How to choose the right contractor:
Check before you choose!
Licensure
Angelo Elite Remodeling is fully licensed with the City of San Angelo.
Contractor License #: 4135
Insurance
Ask for certificate of insurance. If a company claims to be “self insured”, don’t let it fool you. This just means they have no insurance.
References
It is always a great idea to get at least 3 references from your contractor and contact them
Estimate
Request a line itemed estimate from your contractor Angelo Elite Remodeling offers a free line item estimate that is broken down into labor, material, subcontractor allowances, and a material selection allowance.
Payments
If a contractor requires up front payment to begin work, be cautious. You should not pay for work that has not begun. Most vendors and stores offer line of credit accounts to responsible and reputable contractors. Angelo Elite does not require an up front payment to begin work, only a small deposit to reserve scheduling. Weekly billing is done for work performed and materials utilized. Material receipts are attached and hand-delivered to the customer with a copy of the invoice. Final payment is due when the job is completed and customer expectations are met.
