PHASE 1:

PHASE 2:
Angelo Elite Remodeling will schedule a consultation to review estimate and 3D models (if requested) in person. We believe this step is crucial to help break down all aspects of the estimate and tailor it to fit your budget.
PHASE 3:
Once the estimate is accepted, Angelo Elite Remodeling will draw up and sign a contract with the customer, collect deposit, and set beginning and completion dates.
Order of operations:
Prepare space where work is to be performed, seal entries to help prevent debris spread throughout the home.
– Demolition (on site dump bins are provided).
– Framing-this step includes exterior doors, windows, fascia and soffit, siding and/or masonry (brick or rock).
– Roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC rough in/repairs.
– Insulation.
– Drywall-tape, float, and texture.
– Prime and seal new drywall, cabinetry, and all trim. This step will include staining and clear cloating cabinets and all other stain grade materials before installation.
– Tile work-this step includes waterproofing showers and tub surrounds.
– Flooring.
– Carpentry-install cabinetry, interior doors, window and door casing/trim, baseboards, and crown molding.
– Paint.
– Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC trim out. This step is when all fixtures will be installed for each trade.
– Final punch out/touch up- this step includes installing all cabinet and finishing hardware. Examples include knobs, pulls, mirrors, towel bars, etc.
– Final walk through with customer.
