First we come out, walk the damage with you and document what we find. Then we prepare a free, detailed line-item estimate. Once it is approved, we sign a contract with start and completion dates, rebuild from framework to finish, and finish with a final walkthrough with you.

Yes. We provide a free line-item estimate broken down into labor, materials, subcontractor allowances and a material selection allowance, so you know exactly what you are investing in.

No large upfront payment is required to begin work. We only ask for a small deposit to reserve your spot on the schedule.

Billing is done weekly for work performed and materials used. Material receipts are attached and hand-delivered to you with a copy of the invoice. Final payment is due when the job is complete and your expectations are met.

Yes. Angelo Elite Remodeling is licensed with the City of San Angelo, contractor license #4135. As we recommend with any contractor, feel free to ask us for a certificate of insurance and references.

Our team has more than 10 years of experience in the construction industry.

We work with licensed and partnered subcontractors for specialty trades, and we manage the project from start to finish so you have one point of contact.

We serve San Angelo, Texas and all surrounding areas, including Tom Green County. We have also completed projects in nearby communities such as Robert Lee and Coke County.

We prepare the work area and seal entries to help keep debris from spreading through your home, and we provide on-site dump bins during demolition. Work follows a clear order of operations, and we finish with a punch-out and a final walkthrough with you.
